WoundBridge Health is a national healthcare infrastructure organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality wound care. We support physicians, practices, health systems, home-based care organizations, facilities, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), rural health clinics (RHCs), and partner facilities with the operational infrastructure required to deliver exceptional wound care at scale.
Our mission is straightforward: Enable providers to care for more patients—especially the most vulnerable—through better systems, better support, and better national reach.
Every day, we help practices grow, expand across state lines, and deliver care to patients who would otherwise go unseen: individuals who are bedbound, mobility-limited, in rural communities, or living in urban areas without reliable access to transportation or traditional wound centers.
We believe that wound care access is a national problem — and that modern infrastructure is part of the solution

Our mission is straightforward: Enable providers to care for more patients—especially the most vulnerable—through better systems, better support, and better national reach.
Chronic wounds affect millions of Americans and drive billions in avoidable healthcare costs. Many patients cannot safely travel to clinics or outpatient centers. Others live in facilities that lack consistent wound care coverage. Providers often want to serve these populations but lack the operational backbone to do it efficiently
Each regional brand maintains its local relationships and clinical identity, while WoundBridge provides
the unified operational, technological,
and strategic infrastructure behind them.
Where mission-driven alignment is appropriate, WoundBridge Health also collaborates with WoundBridge Access Inc (WoundBridge.org), an independent nonprofit arm focused on access, education, and community-level initiatives.
